This Town House encompassed many design and permit challenges in the popular precinct of south yarra and became a state of the art project during its era, the clients gave us many challenges during the course of the project including the provision of obtaining off street car parking with duel privacy areas for entertainment.
The project ultimately won best Row Home in the Master Builders home of the year awards in 1989 providing vision in the area of Design & Construction for Town House development.
